Domestic Violence Inventory

At Step Three, Inc., we are certified to provide the comprehensive Domestic Violence Inventory (DVI) Assessment also known as the Domestic Violent Assessment which is designed for court and other legal purposes. The DVI is administered in person.

Detailed Reporting
After the assessment, we provide a comprehensive 5–7-page report that outlines key findings.

DVI fee: $100.

Turnaround Time

Standard: Average turnaround time for assessment report is 5-10 business days.
Express: For a quicker turnaround 2-3 business days, additional fees apply.

Required Documents

Please bring any current protective orders, a copy of your police report, and any other legal documents related to your case to your assessment. If you do not bring these items, your assessment will be rescheduled for a later date.

Assessment Duration
The assessment takes approximately 2 ½ hours to complete. Please plan ahead to ensure you have sufficient time for the process.
