Substance Abuse Group
Step Three, Inc. provides 6-week and 12-week online substance abuse groups through Zoom. These sessions offer education, support, accountability, and insight into substance use, recovery, and relapse prevention.
The group is primarily made up of Level 3 ADSAC participants, but anyone seeking additional support and recovery education is welcome to attend.
Group is held on Tuesdays at 8:00 PM, in conjunction with the 24-hour ADSAC DUI Course.
Empower Your Recovery
Step Three, Inc. offers 6-week and 12-week online substance abuse education and recovery groups designed to help individuals better understand addiction, strengthen recovery skills, and build healthier lifestyles. Topics may include:
• Understanding the patterns, behaviors, thoughts, and triggers connected to substance use
• Exploring the impact of drugs and alcohol on relationships, work, health, and daily life
• Building coping skills and healthy support systems
• Developing relapse prevention strategies and managing high-risk situations
• Increasing motivation for positive lifestyle changes
• Creating personal recovery and wellness goals
These groups are educational and recovery-focused in nature and are conducted in a supportive, confidential, HIPAA-compliant online group setting through Zoom.
