
Reinstating Your Driver’s License After an Alcohol or Drug-Related Offense
If you’ve been charged with a DUI, DWI, APC, or DUI-D in Oklahoma, you're likely required to complete an ADSAC assessment. Step Three, Inc. is certified by the state and provides confidential DUI assessments in person or via telehealth. Oklahoma’s ADSAC Legal Requirements
Under Oklahoma Statute 47-6-212.2, you must complete an alcohol and drug education class or a substance abuse treatment program before your license can be reinstated. Required programs may include:
✔ 10 or 24-hour ADSAC DUI course
✔ Victims Impact Panel
✔ Substance Abuse Therapy Group
✔ Community Support Meetings (AA/NA)
✔ Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) or Residential Treatment

IDAP Program – Additional Requirements
If your DUI or drug-related offense occurred after November 1, 2022, you may be required to install an ignition interlock device (IID) in your vehicle for a set period.
